Careme Health is an online mental health service for adults ages 18 and older, offering expert-level care for anxiety, depression, addictive behaviors, substance abuse, identity issues, body image issues/disordered eating, and career and life transitions.Our patients enjoy access to online visits with a board-certified provider, online follow-ups, and personalized treatment including therapy and medication.At Careme Health, we strive to help as many people as we can and reduce barriers to mental healthcare. At this time, however, Careme Health cannot provide the level of support that some people need. This includes those who have current or past conditions that are better suited for traditional mental healthcare.

During the first session, your therapist will focus on developing a relationship with and understanding of you. This may include a more detailed understanding of what is bringing you to therapy, the history of what you might be struggling with, and what your goals are for treatment. Your therapist will also review Careme Health policies and procedures and what you can expect from treatment.

Each session is 45 minutes long, and we ask that our clients come at least once a week.
